Delivery and Returns
All postage and packaging is included for UK delivery addresses.
I aim to dispatch your ceramics as soon as possible, however this may take up to a week to arrive for UK deliveries and longer for international deliveries. Some variations may occur during public holidays.
If you need a piece for a specific date, perhaps a gift, please email me on email@example.com and I will try to accommodate your request. Please note that express delivery may incur additional costs.
I use a UK based courier service and Royal Mail. A signature may sometimes be requires on delivery. Please note insurance for damage or loss is not included in the delivery charge.
Please ensure your delivery address details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect address details.
Where an item is to go to a non-UK destination, please contact me directly for shipping costs. Please note customers will be responsible for any import charges/duties that might be incurred and must comply with local regulations.
Keeping in line with my sustainable ethos, I try to avoid using single use plastic and new packaging where possible. I recycle shipping materials and make sure the package is as protective as possible for all orders.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All of my work is handmade and unique. I aim to ensure that all details, descriptions and images on my web-site are accurate. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.
To qualify for full refund the item needs to be returned in good condition, and I must be notified within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days from this date to return your purchase.
I am unable to offer free returns.
Please make sure that the items you are returning are packaged adequately as I cannot accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
