Purchasing Terms and Conditions
Every effort has been made to ensure that the descriptions of the Ceramics on this website are as accurate as possible. I make every effort to ensure that the colours of the ceramics on this website are accurate. However, due to the nature of computer monitor displays, there may be discrepancies beyond our control.

Your Details
Please ensure your delivery address details are correct. I cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues that arise due to incorrect address details.

I have no liability for any delay in the delivery of products ordered due to any event outside of reasonable control, including acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, lockouts, riots, malicious damage or government actions.

All items are insured by Mary Kaun English whilst in transit to cover damage, loss or non-delivery.

UK Delivery
All postage and packaging is included for UK deliveries.

I aim to dispatch your Ceramics as soon as possible, however this may take up to a week to arrive. Some variations may occur during public holidays.

If you need a piece for a specific date, please email me on marykaunenglish@yahoo.co.uk and I will try to accommodate your request. Please note that express delivery may incur additional costs.

I use a UK based courier service and Royal Mail. A signature may sometimes be required on delivery.

International Delivery
When an item is to go to a non-UK destination, please contact me directly for shipping costs. Please note that customers will be responsible for any import charge/duties that might be incurred and must comply with local regulations.

Keeping in line with my sustainable ethos, I try to avoid using single use plastic and new packaging where possible. I recycle shipping materials and make sure the package is as protective as possible.

All Ceramics will be securely packaged with an authentication certificate, information about the artist and your invoice.

Returns and refunds
Please inspect your Ceramics immediately upon receipt. If the work arrives damaged this must be reported as soon as possible and no later than 2 days after receipt. I will then work with you to collect the damaged Ceramics and arrange a refund. If you do not contact me within 2 days then I will not be liable for any loss or damage.

I am unable to offer free returns.
