Blue Bowl - Smoke Fired

Handmade individually by being thrown on a potter’s wheel. These unique blue bowls have been very popular with interior designers, those people looking for that 'something a little different' for their home, or as an addition to a ceramic collection. The bright blue matt-coloured bowl has been decorated with a carbonized smoke pattern achieved by using the sustainable method of Smoke Firing in an oil drum.  This slightly smaller bowl is just the correct size for an ornament for a table or side board - bringing the bright blue of the Cornish sea into you home. All the materials used to create these handcrafted artworks, including the stoneware clay, are locally sourced by the artisan.
